"Great location. Check-in simple and great communication. No front desk. Room small but adequate for a couple of days. Bathroom tiny but manageable. Price was expensive for the amenities but location is everything and this place is as good as it gets in that respect"

"We arrived just before the 4:00 pm check-in and were met with a very indifferent response at the front desk. We were told our room might not be ready, given vague parking directions, and had to return later for keys. Our building was also difficult to find. That evening, we discovered the coffee maker was missing a lid and unusable. After calling the front desk, we waited nearly an hour and had to follow up before someone brought a replacement, which they themselves said was “dirty.” No apology was offered. The next morning, the TV in one room wasn’t working because it wasn’t even plugged in. The suite showed noticeable wear, including cracked tile and marks in the shower. When we raised concerns, the response was simply to ask if we wanted maintenance rather than acknowledge the experience. For nearly $1,200, this was very disappointing. Issues happen, but the service and follow-through here fell short. I cannot recommend staying here for the price. "

"Everything was great. The weather was amazing. The property was nice. The pool was beautiful in the very top where you can see the mountains all around. It is a perfect location because you have the downtown right there you can just walk. We went to restaurants nearby, even though we had a vehicle. This is my first time staying at this Hyatt and I would recommend it."

"So regarding my recent stay at L’Auberge de Sedona. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing and challenging, especially considering the premium price point of the resort. While the creekside setting is peaceful, the property layout is very difficult to navigate. The high number of stairs made it the most challenging hotel environment I have encountered. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find no actual red rock views from the property, which is a significant miss for a Sedona destination and was not made clear during the booking process. Neither was the challenge of the staircases. We could not get dinner reservations. Service throughout our stay was also inconsistent. The pool service was poor, and we experienced several lapses during dinner where our salad was forgotten and an order of chips and salsa never arrived.at the bar the hamburger was good, the pasta dish was below average and felt overpriced. Additionally, after being told a ride from the creek back to our room would take 10 minutes, we waited well beyond that time and were eventually forced to walk up multiple staircases ourselves. On a positive note, the room itself was nice and appeared recently renovated. 10/10. However, attention to detail was lacking even there, as the plants on our balcony were dying and clearly had not been maintained. Check in took long. Checkout was difficult. I waited 30 minutes in line and gave up. Staff was overwhelmed."

"This was a couple getaway. I thought the SPA was bigger than what is was. The hours 9 to 5 pm are limited with the sauna closing at 5 PM. Restaurants offered good food and service. There were a lot of children, so there was a lot of activity with a younger generation, but nothing that was negative. ON one day musci was turned on loud during an early Sunday morning. Calls were made to front desk and it was addressed."

"Front desk attendant was kind enough to stay a little late to make sure I personally got into my room after a very long travel day. The room was clean with an incredible view. Would definitely stay again!"
