"TV and safe did not work, Water in the bathroom did not flow very well. Despite my remarks at the reception no one did anything about it. !!!! The salesman in the hotel all the time followed to sell his tour!!! which costs 5 times more than usual!!!! it's a scam !!!! Be careful"

Dated rooms but overall ok

"We spent three nights at this hotel and experienced both positives and areas for improvement. On the downside, our room felt quite dated and was only cleaned twice during our stay. We encountered a few issues that detracted from our overall comfort. The air conditioning was broken, and we were unable to open the balcony in the evenings because several stray cats (around five or six) roamed the area and would eagerly enter the room. While this wasn’t a major concern during the cooler season in Tunisia, it could become problematic in the summer. In that case, opting for a room on the first or second floor might help ensure more secure and usable balcony access. The dining options offered a good selection—including fresh fish—but fell short in one area. The bread served was stale and appeared to have been left out overnight before being offered to guests the next day. One of the hotel’s appealing features is its direct access to a lovely beach. However, this advantage was somewhat marred by the constant presence of local vendors. These individuals frequently approached guests with offers for camel rides and quad bike adventures, with prices varying noticeably based on the guest’s country of origin. Overall, our stay met our basic needs at a reasonable price. However, improvements in room maintenance and attention to guest comfort—especially regarding air conditioning and balcony usability—could significantly enhance the overall experience."

"The is our 2nd visit to Djerba and this hotel which a lovely small hotel with great atmosphere provided by the staff who are always friendly and smiling. Most of the staff can speak in multiple languages which makes things convenient. Great location right on the beach and near the best stretches of beach. Breakfast is ok as they don't rotate the buffet selection but there is a omelette station which helps. The hotel was quiet at times we were the only guests at dinner which we didn't mind. "

Hasdrubal Prestige Thalassa & Spa Djerba

"Was my honeymoon first night after my wedding and checking i found out my keys room are not working i stayed 1 hours between my door room and reception to fixed but finally they switched my room to other uncomfortable room But its fine it could happen no problems Seconds day i went to the recipient to tell them if they could get me my original room cause it more comfortable the manager Named ANIS he told me you heing waiting for 24h u could wait another's 24h and he talked very bad to me Thats person has no manners I went to the pool to relax with my wife and we found that was a a family from libia they being very aggressive cursing and yelling without respecting other family's 3 different people's talked to them please to keep it quit and went talked to them nicely please stop cursing and yelling i have my wife here and its my honeymoon im trying to relax and have fun They HEAT ME and cursed me In front of stuff managers security I had to book other hotel cause its unsecured hotel and unhelpful stuff Its a shame for a 5 start hotel I will never come back and i dont recommend this hotel everywhere in the world Poor service poor security poor stuff poor management "
