"I was very happy that I wasn't charged a pet fee for my dog. I expected one, but he was let in for free."

"This is not an ADA accessible hotel. There aren't ramps and it's difficult to lift luggage up curbs. Staff were really friendly. The property needs work (Flaking paint, scum in the pool) but it did the trick for the price. "

"The Alice hotel is an oasis for the road tripper. Although a motel, thus is a serious structure with concrete floors and cinder block walls. Our room did not face the highway but although I am a very light sleeper, I did not hear a noise from neighbors or traffic. That was without using the supplied earplugs. The rooms have been gut-renovated with a Palm Springs boutique vibe. They are still working on some items. For instance the shower glass had not been installed yet and a temporary shower curtain was there instead. Once the pool is ready, I speculate this will be a hopping place. "

"Room was clean and nice boutique metro vibe, but coffee maker should not be in the bathroom. Staff was proactive and helpful. Overall good stay: 3.5/5"

"The property advertises breakfast but upon arriving at breakfast there were about seven slices of bread, no butter, no jelly, no beverages other than coffee. Went to the front office to complain and they said the restaurant that provides the breakfast was under renovations but none of that was conveyed the previous day when I checked in. Bags of mini muffins were brought out and bottles of Apple juice. In the evening when taking my shower, the handle came off in my hand. When attempting to use the television it would turn on but it would not allow you to select anything in order to watch any kind of programming. The staff could care less about any of these situations."

"Not sure about pets, though I cannot stand a room that you can smelll of that pet deodorizer , room was clean staff was great and very hospitable breakfast on the go was awesome."
