"I would have given this 5 stars across the board, except that the full sized kitchen didn't come with any cookware or utensils. There was cookware, such as skillets, available in the in-house store for an additional cost, but none was not included in the room. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the place seemed to be pet friendly, though I didn't travel with any furry companions."

"The weekday kitchen staff was outstanding. Ever alert to a need without being intrusive. The weekend staff much less so. The coffee dispenser is dangerous. The sop feature does not stop when the level is returned to the open position. Hot coffee continues to flow burning your hand or spilling onto the floor. I have stayed here twice this year."
