"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"Ciężko znaleść wejscie do hotelu, przybyliśmy późnym wieczorem i po wejściu do hotelu od strony parkingu uderzający był gwar i zapach piwa jak z baru piwnego. Pokój był zimny a ogrzewanie nie działało,wstawiono nam grzejnik elektryczny.Telewizja nie działała . Rano po zejściu na śniadanie zastaliśmy jedną panią która była zajęta przyjmowaniem płatności kartą i puste talerze z jedzeniem -nie było talerzy,kubków,bułek ,resztka chleba,po jednym plasterku żółtego sera i białego .Słowem nie było co zjeść .Dopiero po zgłoszeniu do recepcji coś się jednak znalazło.
