"The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm. "

From the very beginning, there was no hot water at all — for seven full days. I reported it immediately, multiple times, and was told “it would be fixed soon,” but it never was. "First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal. "
