petit dejeuner tres cher pour peu de choix impossible de s installer sur la terrasse reservee que pour l apéritif alors qu il fait chaud et grand beau chambre au premeir etage avec vue sur parking alors que l hotel ne semble pas complet. forte chaleur et chambre sans climatisation et invasion de mouche en provenance de la foret dès l 'ouverture de la fenêtre .

Hôtel 4 étoiles sans climatisation (alors qu'il y avait une vigilance rouge canicule. Même en altitude, il faisait 32 à 34 degrés) et photos sur le site ne correspondent pas au choix de la chambre. Les + : le cadre, intérieur et extérieur, la facilité de se garer, l'accueil à la réception (mais pas au restaurant), la vue sur le Léman et le Mont Blanc

Superbe

Hôtel très class avec une vue panoramique fantastique. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien équipée. Restaurant dans l'hôtel délicieux même si relativement cher et a réserver à l'avance pour pouvoir y diner. Le chef est vraiment au top. Petit déjeuner continental parfait. Vaste parking devant l'entrée. Personnel très pro et surtout dans la restaurant. A recommander (c'était mon 2e passage dans l'hotel) en omettant pas de préciser que la route du Col de la Faucille reste très fréquentée par les motards ce qui occasionne des nuisances sonores peu compatibles avec l'esprit de la villegiature montagnarde.

Chambre au calme avec balcon et vue partielle sur le mont blanc et le lac. Literie confortable et décoration de la chambre cocooning. Pas de climatisation. 2 restaurants dont un étoilé. Nous avons mangé au bistrot et avons pu profiter du tarif à -50% avec l’assiette Genevoise ( le bistrot est aussi partenaire avec le passeport gourmand).: le menu 3 plats + 1 amuse bouche était excellent, des belles saveurs et des produits de saison. Le grand plus du bistrot et de l’hôtel en général : sa magnifique vue sur le lac et le mont Blanc. Petit déjeuner à la carte à volonté : très bien fourni ( viennoiseries industrielles) mais excellents fromages et bonnes charcuteries. Petits moins: Les extérieurs méritent un grand rafraîchissement.. barrière avec peinture écaillée, pas de coussins sur les canapés extérieurs , table exterieue non nettoyée avant de poser les verres pour l’apéritif ( beaucoup de pollen) et végétations peu entretenues.

Accueil froid

Une experience qu'on ne renouvelera surement pas. Nous avons mangé deux fois au restaurant panorama, dans l'ensemble le service fut tres agreable, grace à un jeune serveur très compétent. Pour l'accueil à la reception, c'est peu conviaviale. Accueillis par un monsieur en jolie costume coloré mais heureusement il avait un beau costume... Au soir nous signalons que le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne nous avons des choses sensibles à mettre dedans. C'etait dimanche et nous avions demandé que le probleme soit réglé le lundi. Il ne s'est pas passé grand chose ce lundi la. On a du confier le produit aux serveurs du restaurant pour que cela soit au frais. Ils ont été très attentionné. Un moment on se disait qu'on devait peut etre relancé car on était deja mardi... Une dame de l accueil qui prenait le service du soir a tout resolu. Elle est venu avec un réfrigérateur d'echange. Ce qui nous a etonné, c est que ce beau monsieur en costard qui semblait avoir un meilleur poste que la plupart de ses collègues n'a même pas daigné faire quoi que ca soit. Il avait surement peur d'abimer son costume... Si vous faites bien blanc, bien riche, bien gras, l'hotel et surtout la réception vous sera acreable. Je vous le conseille vraiment. Sinon faites comme moi fuyez.

La chambre que j’avais réservé située au 2 étage ( 206 ) se trouve juste à côté des extracteurs des cuisines de sorte qu’il est impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte ce qui est dommage quand on prétend être un relais du silence... De plus on nous avait affirmé que le bruit cesserait à la fermeture des cuisines, les extracteurs on fonctionné toute la nuit, pas de manager sur place donc pas de prise en compte du problème, dommage car le cadre est magnifique le restaurant panorama est parfait et le petit dej également même en période de pendemie sauf absence de beurre demi sel En revanche pas de coussin sur les salons extérieurs, le cabanon en bout de terrasse est en piteux état, containers poubelle sur le parking, tout ces petits détails ne sont pas admissibles dans un 4 étoiles Conclusion, je ne reviendrai pas

The hotel is nice, in a very good spot. But the chamber 207 is clearly not of the standing of the rest (i hope).I've never seen a window this smal for a chambre and certainly not for a 4 stars hotel. The price of 20 € per day/animal for having a dog is too much aswell as the breackfast which does not worth 24 €. Nothing new i expect but i was not really expecting that when i saw your photos on internet.

This is not a stopover hotel because of it’s location, but a destination. If you have a few days to spend and in colder months really good tires you should try and visit. The view is fantastic. The hotel is a high end ski lodge. Easily 5 star...service was great and people are very friendly

Liked the location - great to get away from hustle and bustle, liked the interior which is quite unique, felt cozy and comfortable but also practical (coffee machine and water in the fridge are great things in a hotelroom), staff tried their best to make us feel at home. Helpful and kind Only once at breakfast we had the feeling the staff was a bit overwhelmed and things didn"t run smoothly. Bigger glasses for juice or water ... and if you ever consider to add a sauna and steam bath this will be a wonderful getaway...and we"ll return

très bon séjour

excellent séjour, dommage qu il n y ai pas la piscine pour compléter ce joli cadre et surtout cette vue magnifique !

View was great and room was clean. Staffs were excellent...except one of staffs tried to charge me at checkout although i paid full price through expedia... That was disappointing little bit.

Un très bel emplacement. Des chambres très agréables, une bonne literie. Un excellent dîner: plats bien exécutés avec des saveurs intéressantes à découvrir.
