"I had one of the Suites and it made my trip so comfortable! It was clean, lots of storage space and a kitchenette. I wanted to concentrate my trip on experiences rather than food so I loved that I could get groceries and have at least a couple of meals in my room to just enjoy the space and quiet."

"Unsecured parking (homeless man clipping his toenails next to our car in the morning) very disorganized check in process. Was told a room number, went to the room, card key didn’t work, went back to the front desk and was told a different room number. Shower and bathroom were very grimy. Will not be staying there again. Plenty of other options in the area, don’t waste your money here. "

"Everything was really wonderful. The decor was great, the staff was helpful, and the location is very convenient. The only issues we had was that there is no refrigerator in our room (we were traveling and needed somewhere to put some of our perishable snacks) and the bed was not very comfortable. It was quite firm."

"The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and updated nicely. The towels were plentiful and plush. The water for the showers was nice and hot. I would prefer coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs to get coffee. The bathroom in the lobby requires a code. We should be able to use our room card for that. It would be nice if the hotel had a hot tub. Parking is $60-80 a night, and should be included in the price of the room."

"Stayed to see a show at Revolution Hall. Easy walk there, good food options nearby, cute onsite bar, friendly staff, clean comfy room. We’re happy we stayed and will definitely stay again for other concerts in the future."

"Valet employees dont know how to drive manuel vehicles, therefore you pay 69.00 to park youelr own vehicle out front?? Took 35 min to get my car because they didnt have anyone that could get it out of the garage because they couldn't drive it. Refused to give me any accommodation and still charged me 69.00. Wont go back again"
