1.When I checked into Best Western Antares, Milan, Italy, I was told there was not a reservation for my family and I. After several telephone calls and the hotel assistant, I was able to receive a room.
2. I telephoned Hotel.com about a reinsbursment, and was told that a $50.00 would be credit to my Hotel.com account. I stated that I want the $50.00 to be charged back to my credit card which was refused. I will never use Hotel.com, and I will put out the word to my friends not to use Hotel.com as a bad apple.
