After reading some negative reviews, we were a little skeptical. But, actually, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although, they lack in timely communication, but it did n't bother us, as the check-in via their app and entry to room was fairly easy. It's a moderate quality accommodation, but Room 104 was clean, enough towels, lights and a very comfortable bed. Very close to Duomo and Metro. We enjoyed our stay !!

I initially expected this to be a regular hotel, but upon arrival, I realized it’s more like an Airbnb. The listing mentions there's no front desk—which I was okay with—as long as everything worked smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I had several issues during my stay and reached out multiple times via email to support with no response. The support phone number didn’t work either. Basically, you're on your own. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. The location is great, very close to the city center. But the room had several problems: The TV didn’t work at all Only one set of bath towels was provided, even though I stayed for two nights during extremely hot weather The shampoo packaging was impossible to open without using your teeth Worst of all, the door lock handle was loose, and I was genuinely worried I might get stuck inside with no one to help This place might work if everything goes perfectly—but if not, you're completely on your own.

Das Familienzimmer ist sehr gut geeignet für einen kurzen Sight-Seeing-Besuch in der Mailänder Innenstadt. Alles wie beschrieben, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, Betten gut, im Vorraum kl. Küche mit Kühlschrank zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den anderen Zimmern. Ein gutes Hostel-Zimmer, empfehlenswert.

An und für sich ist es ein sehr modernes und schön eingerichtetes Hotel… Die Sauberkeit hat bei uns aber zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Die zusätzliche Decke im Schrank hatte undefinierbare Flecken, die Couch hatte auch den ein oder anderen Fleck und wenn man die Couch als Schlafsofa ausgeklappt hatte war die Matratze auch fleckig und hat dadurch nicht wirklich eingeladen sich ohne Bezug oder ähnlichem draufzulegen. Die Handtücher gingen…waren allerdings auch nicht zu 100% frei von Flecken. Zudem war die Klimaanlage scheinbar defekt. Alles in allem ein durch die vorweg genannten Punkte eher mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt welcher durch mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung und dem Austausch von z. B. einer fleckigen Matratze des Schlafsofas etc. relativ leicht hochskaliert werden könnte da die Unterkunft selbst auf den ersten Blick sehr modern und neuwertig rüberkommt.
