Very convenient to travel from city center and go to MXP airport by train. If only they have refrigerator in the room. They are perfect for the price

Very friendly staff when we arrived and had any questions. Hotel is very very convenient to train station (to airport and Milan.) It was so convenient a taxi/ Uber was not necessary. Bathroom was a little outdated, but room overall was well maintained.

I had a lovely stay here. Everyone working at the hotel was warm, friendly and always happy to help. I really enjoyed my time here and honestly have nothing negative to say. I would gladly return.

Receptionist were excellent, very polite and accommodating. However, the breakfast lady was unapproachable, not very friendly. Hotel is outdated as some items are not working well like the safe and AC was smelly at first but the place is quite clean. Location is next to the station which is good but area is quite underwhelming and can be dodgy as a lot of people on the streets drinking and smoking even at late night but police were visible.

Perfekt hotel om a small town

a small but perfect town with a very good hotel. Short walk from the railway and good restaurant selection in the town. The hotel is very good with a full international breakfast and nice staff. Clean and nice.

This was our second stay at La Nuova Rotaia. We returned because the hotel has an amazing staff and the train station is one half block away giving you very convenient access to Milano and most anywhere. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast area is quiet and elegant.

What made this hotel truly stand out for me was one person—Milo, the evening manager. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to help us, from explaining how to navigate the train system to recommending places to eat, arranging taxis, and answering all of our questions. He is the epitome of outstanding customer service, and his kindness and professionalism made our stay memorable. The hotel’s location is great, especially if you plan to explore different parts of the city, as it’s conveniently close to the train station. One minor downside was that there were often a few men sitting and chatting just outside the hotel. As a tourist, it can feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but they never bothered us or caused any issues. The breakfast was fairly basic and not something to look forward to, but that’s understandable since this is not a four- or five-star hotel. Overall, thanks to Milo’s exceptional hospitality and the hotel’s convenient location, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great Airport Hotel

I spent one night here became it's close to Malpensa Airport. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to eat dinner after checking in, but I also wanted to watch a UEFA soccer game. He called a local bar, just to make sure the soccer game was streamed there.
