This is a studio apartment on the fourth floor of a large buliding with a lift. There is a lively bar next door which is open and quite loud into the night especially at weekends and when there is a football match. The apartment itself is quite comfortable but it is not well lit. No ceiling lights except in entrance area. Once communication was established, responses came quickly but prior to this it was much more difficult. This caused us stress and frustration. Assuming the communication issues were resolved, we would probably stay again.
