This hotel is new, modern and is in great shape. When I checked in, hotel did not have a room, saying that Expedia sold me a room which the hotel did not have. Luckily they did find a room. This was the case for the folks checking in ahead of me.

Seems hotel is still working out some opening issues (opened in January). Main phone line not working (hotel number). Expedia listing says you can walk to terminal, not the case. Unable to call hotel for pick up at terminal since phone line not working, had to take a taxi. Take awhile to get service at the bar. However, the room was fantastic, the overall feel and look of hotel is lovely. I’m sure once all the kinks are worked out and staff is better trained, hotel will be a fantastic option for flying in and out of Malpensa .

Hotel is brand new great design experience. Best for car users only. There is outside swimming pool that was shut but we was not told about it even we asked before arrival. Accor member discount for all f&b is applicable to ALL Accor members even when booked via Expedia. Again some reception and restaurant staff are not aware. Rooms are great design for few millions euros but bedside tables not existing as you can only place your mobile phone that how tiny it is. There is no reading light above the beds so forget about reading. Airport schedule cost €5 and €10 depends on your terminal.

Overall nice hotel/bar. Restaurant food very average. Room was nice. Only issue was we asked for a wake-up call at 3am to make our flight that didn’t happen. We also had to book a car for the 3 minute ride to the airport Terminal 1 for €20 since we had a super early flight. Our car arrived 10 minutes late which causes some anxiety when traveling international. The €5 hotel shuttle to Terminal 1 didn’t start till 6am. Yet they have a schedule so I would double check their pick-up drop off times. Overall a decent hotel for an early flight that is less expensive than Terminal 1 Sheraton at Malpensa airport.
