The staff was fabulous! So friendly and helpful. We talked to other people that stayed there often because they felt like they were coming home to the nice staff. We loved that soup and coffee was available around the clock.

It was very disappointing to discover the hot tub was empty/dismantled when we arrived suited up in the pool area. Had I known it was not funcional I would have chosen another hotel.
