During Bucking Horse Sale rooms are hard to find. This property is very tired. It was pretty clean, and the staff are diligent and friendly. Mattress was squishy. USB ports in lamps did not work. I would stay here again if something better weren't available.

Comfortable...pillows are perfect! What kind are they? Friendly staff. Especially Kathleen. A couple from Canada wete looking for a room and she went above and beyond and found a room elsewhere for them. During the weekend of the bucking horse sale weekend.

The lady working when we arrived was very nice. Our coffee maker was not working and she immediately brought another one. Then we couldn't seem to get hot water. She again came to our room to check on the hot water. She said that she wanted us to be happy with our stay.

The hotel was fine, although in a mixed area and not really walkable. The room was comfortable and quiet, staff members were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The only thing I truly missed was a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed; I read late, but my husband settles in earlier than I do.

People were allowed to back in their parking spot and they would start their vehicle and our heater/ac unit sucked in the exhaust and we had to leave our room, we couldn't even breathe in the room, we left our room door wide open and we had to stand outside and it was 4 degrees out

There was no hot water the 1st morning when I tried to take a shower. The second night someone knocked on my door 3 times after 11 pm telling me they needed to change my fire alarm? Not sure if it was really staff. I did not open the door because I was a female traveling by myself. They were very persistent, making me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I tried to ask the front desk about it the next morning, they didn’t seem to care.

We decided last minute to come to this hotel for a wrestling tournament . It was the only place we could find a room. The people at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. This is a older hotel and needs some maintenence but was comfortable and fine for what we needed. My husband did wake up the second morning with bites of some kind on his arm and hand.

Ths bed was good and the shower was great. The back stairs were worn and dirty as was the carpet in the room. The whole place was worn and in need of repair. To top it all, in the morning i grabbed two slices of bread and a pod of peanut butter , took it back to the room, when i sat down to prepare it, both slices of bread had mold in the corner.

Hotel was dated but the service was friendly. We were able to do a late check in and we were just exhausted following a long road trip. the bed sloped in the middle so it did make it really hard to sleep. It felt like I was going downhill for majority of the night. The mattress itself was of a good firmness and the pillows were comfortable. Shower was fine. It was a no frills room, but served our needs

This hotel is older and showing it's age but has the best beds I've experienced short of a couple of 5-star hotels i've stayed in. Also it was exceptionally quiet for a budget hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

Filthy. Incredibly filthy. Air conditioner filthy an made the ceiling black above it. Handrailing very loose and coming off. Entire room dusty. Toilet seat had been red or pink that was painted over. The color was showing through. Very damp feel to the room. Needed airing out.

Typical Super 8 except for the subterranium room. The bottom of our window was even with the pavement, like a basement apartment, and no elevator to 2nd and 3rd floor. Husband was not happy. (There was a ramp down to the "basement"). Thankful for the free hot breakfast and room was clean.
