Very clean room and had the best nights sleep. Fish and chips in the restaurant was freshly-cooked and tasty. Breakfast staff went the extra mile. Highly recommend.

A really lovely hotel, somehow rated at 2 star which is severely underselling the place, we stayed 2 nights and ate there each time, breakfast and dinner. It was extremely clean, felt very smart, food was delicious and staff couldn't do enough for us!!

Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry.

Fantastic boutique hotel with quiet and large suite. Comfy king bed. Visited with our 5 year old and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was top notch. Probably our favourite hotel in south Wales.

Hotel room was very spacious and well catered, the restaurant served an excellent selection of food. The staff were friendly and the onsite parking was a bonus as street parking would have been difficult. We had minor issue with our plugs in bathroom not opening which meant water could not drain but this was reported and fixed by staff.

Fantastic location right on the Esplanade and there was plenty of for parking behind & in front of the hotel. You can see that there has been alot of work/money put into this property. There are loving public areas with large velvet couches to enjoy reading a book etc. The restaurant was large with a good menu. The room was clean but the bed was very low to the ground with a very soft mattress. Our room was located at the back & overlooked the alleyway, unfortunate we were woken two out of the three mornings at 5am with the truck picking up rubbish or empty bottles and the walls between rooms/hall were certainly not soundproof.
