"Our room was very unclean, it appeared not to have been cleaned. We complained at reception and they did offer to coma and clean the room. Once the cleaner had been she was rude saying 'is that clean enough' sarcastically. The final straw was when we went to shower, the shower head would not stay ..."

"Great room with plenty of space for 2 kids. Check in desk isn’t always staffed, so took a few mins when we arrived but they were lovely when we did check in.
