"The rooms were small but functional . The breakfast is very good. The location is incredible and close to all transportation and shopping. The parking is very convenient located in the building with direct access to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"confusing check in on line and then despite having paid the £600 plus for 3 nights (a reasonable price for Horgen) we had to pay an outstanding bill of 3 pence, yes 3 pence not pounds before we could check in online. Food and breakfast good, exceptionally quiet despite a Swiss World Cup game going on in the bar below at 3am. Great location by the station and in the centre - worth the extra for the lake view"

"The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. "
