"It was a girls road trip and this was a good place to stay close to downtown but in the quiet beautiful neighborhood of Rockland surrounded by old time mansions. We were able to walk from the house to a couple of gardens and Craigdarroch Castle. The only thing we didn't realize was that it wasn't a free standing cottage but the third floor of the house. You must be abl to climb stairs and take your luggage up a flight to get to the unit, which wasn't a prolem for us but may be for some. The...

"This was absolutely the best Motel 6 we have ever visited. The staff went out of their way to make sure all was well. They have a nice yard area with picnic tables and a grill - great for walking a dog. And the blackberries on the property were ripe and delicious."
