"Price was good, check in and breakfast was also pretty good. Rooms are small and some parts are not in good condition such as peeling surfaces in bathroom and wall. The room size is ok if it's only 2 people but for 3-4 people in a double bed room it is going to be annoying. Another major problem is having the bathroom sink outside the actual bathroom so it's right beside one of the beds. How can everyone get a decent sleep when you can hear everything going on in the bathroom? It's ok for a quick stay where you won't spend much time and want to keep your hotel cost's as low as possible It is in a very good location. "

" no bar, no restaurant? older motel. a few problems at check in, but Chris took care of them right away. when we booked it said restaurant and bar (and thought it said pool). there were none of these. people staying in our hallway had a party/ screaming match until 5 AM, so we got no sleep. we were 20 feet from the front desk, we thought they would have done something about the yelling and fighting going on but nothing was done. "

"The breakfast was not good. No hot food. Area was not clean. Food choices were very minimal. No fruit. What little there was was not refilled The smoke detector was ripped out of our ceiling. Room was clean, parking was good. Staff was friendly."

"The young woman working the front desk at our check-in was very welcoming and helpful with informing us about the local neighborhood's offerings for restaurants and exploring. The morning front desk and breakfast staff were also very welcoming the night after our stay. I would also rate the breakfast offerings above average and the food area was very well organized and very clean. The only negative to our stay was that our morning showers were lukewarm at best. Not sure if it was a water heating issue or just our inability to figure out the shower faucets (they were a bit of a puzzle to manage). Overall a good stay for us and would definitely recommend the Williamsville NY Hampton."

"We usually eat at Italian Prime when we stay at The Delevan, but we were downtown checking out Allentown and grabbed a bite there. Made it back to enjoy the music and several (and i use that term loosely) cocktails at The Chandelier Bar..Ade Adu provided the music and the bartenders were excellent, as always. This has become our favorite weekend getaway"
