"The breakfast was AWESOME!!! There was a great selection of foods to eat for breakfast, drinks and fruit!! Kathy who was one of the staff members for the breakfast area was extremely nice and accommodating. There was an incident, where my younger granddaughter accidentally dropped her bowl.of cereal and Kathy, cleaned it up right away WITHOUT making it an issue or having an expression of disgust. Kathy was is a true professional and very hard worker. Holiday Inn Express should be happy to have her and should definitely give her some sort of employee appreciation reward and or pay raise. The entire staff was accommodating. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels were put out as needed. Parking was great plenty of areas to park and I felt safe. I was traveling by myself with 4 grandchildren. Parking lot was well lit and cameras everywhere. The hotel's overall appearance was very nice, clean and was not dated. Everything looked new and very well maintained. The landscaping was also very pretty. I would suggest that the maps/location gets reevaluated. To the property. I had to call the hotel to get assistance on navigating me to the hotel. The GPS,was not accurate. "
