"The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the pool which was clean and refreshing. Marie and Jada at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was great. The location is also good to avoid the crazy traffic at the beach while still being close enough to get there easily. Very happy we chose to stay here."

"The desk clerk was super nice. The room appeared clean but smelled of mildew. The tiles in the bathroom had lifted up and when showering, the water flooded the floor all the way out to the entry way. I told the front desk clerk about it. She said it needed a shower guard installed. So why wasn’t it????? The pool is actually more of a cold, large jacuzzi with room in the area for only 2 lounge chairs - tiny - and in a corner next to the parking lot. Clearly an afterthought. The hotel snack area was absolutely pathetic. The size of a small closet with empty shelves. The breakfast was basic, just like all the others. The coffee is horrible - don’t bother. The 9.3 rating is way too gracious. This is a very basic hotel, nothing great."

"I am very happy with our choice to stay at the Best Western near Eglin Air Force Base. It was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit small, but the property itself was great. The room was spacious and the price was very reasonable."

"This place is disgusting-the pool was green-people drinking all over the property-people sitting outside their doors smoking-trash all over and it smells like piss (literally). The room has so much deodorant in the AC unit it gave us a headache in 5 minutes and the bed looked like two giants went at it all night ( it was crushed in the middle of mattress ). We bailed out due to safety concerns-we did get a refund and the person at the front was nice and helpful-I hope he finds a better place to work."
