"Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we didn't have to wait for it even though we arrived about 45 minutes before check in. The breakfast was good quality (except for the scrambled eggs) if a bit unexceptional. The hotel is quite large -- larger than I would have guessed looking at it from the street. Location is convenient for Belfast attractions as well as arrivals by train or bus. All the staff were lovely."

"So this is definitely not a 4* hotel. I wish I had looked more into the reviews before I booked. Plus points was the central location within walking distance of everything and the staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was good, a little repetitive but overall nice. The room was cleaned daily but the actual room itself had stains on the carpets. We booked a deluxe room, when we checked in, this was not in any way deluxe, in fact we asked to move as it was so dingy and dated. Like I said the staff were helpful and great and moved us to a different room which was better. The decor is so dated and old and was very disappointing. Book an executive room and just go with the idea that it's not 4* and you will be ok!"
