"Worst experience ever! We arrived at 9:30 PM to get our room as we were exhausted. NO ONE WAS at the office to check us in!!! We waited 15 minutes and FINALLY a lady showed up with a horrible attitude. She never apologized and said she was in the bathroom and should be allowed a break. Then she said I had an attitude and refused to speak to me and would only direct her conversation to my son. She had one room left and it was a smoking room (which we did NOT reserve). We left. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Horrible!!!!"
