"I will definitely stay at this hotel again! The staff was AMAZING! Room was super nice and clean and they offered a free shuttle to the concert and made a special trip back to the concert to pick me up after my meet and greet with the artist! Highly recommend this hotel!"
"The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was not appetizing at all. They need to do a better job at keeping it full with food, and clean from the START of breakfast through the END of breakfast. Every single table had crumbs and grease on them. I poured hot water on mine to clean it off."
"The room had not been vacuumed nor the hallways and the elevator had a sticky floor. I asked for my room to be cleaned. It wasn’t. The prior occupants garbage was still in the room. I requested to speak with the manager and was told they would be in from 10:00 am to 3pm. I called at 11:30 am and was told they were not coming in. They lied. Breakfast was basically gone at 8:00 but it is supposed to be an available until 9 am. They kept a communal plastic pitcher of milk in the mini fridge. I wouldn’t touch that!! Save your money and sanity and do NOT go to this place!!"
"Our reservation was a last second error, while trying to register for a stay in Decatur, Indiana. Expedia staff tried repeatedly tried to correct this error, but staff at Decatur Illinois never responded. We eventually were charged for a hotel stay we never made"
"We were looking for a clean, comfortable, budget friendly room. This place met that criteria very well. There has been a lot of construction and final touches are being done. The pool was good and breakfast was also good. Once final construction is done, this should be a good reasonably priced option in the area."
"Absolutely wonderful, secluded little place to stay! I was a little worried with it being right next to Lowe’s, but I hardly noticed at all! And to be honest I didn’t even know there was a hotel back there! Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect little hidden getaway! Building was well maintained and super clean, very very quiet inside, lovely gas fire out on the patio. All in all an excellent stay!"
"The hotel was built in the 70’s and you can tell when you’re inside. We stayed for three nights and housekeeping did not visit our room once. The internet was spotty. Breakfast was not very good. The property is large and looks abandoned in many spots with no lights on. My room key stopped working multiple times."
