"The hotel never got our reservation through expedia and had to put us in another room for the night, which was a tiny room, much much much smaller than what we payed for , which was a 3 level townhouse. There was no front desk or anything either, just an operation out of a supermarket. We were told we would get a refund since we were staying in an inferior room, however, we are now being denied that.
