"It worked for me but be aware that there is a lot of traffic noise in the rooms facing onto the 101. For light sleepers like me that is a deal breaker. I moved to a courtyard room and it was fine. Comfortable beds and pillows, a fridge in the room but alas no microwave. I would stay again! "

"The staff were very friendly and the hotel smelled clean. They offered lemon water in the lobby and check in was simple. The room was mostly clean and spacious, the window was left open. I thought the shower was clean until I started to step in and noticed the floor was filthy gray. The carpet was a bit crunchy, the bed was comfortable and the tiled entry seemed clean."

"We stayed here for 2 days and i noticed a few reviews that had me questioning my decision in booking it. But it was better than i expected. Small issues were the ice machines not working and the one in the lobby was empty. The elevators were so slow we have to take the stairs that lead outside behind the hotel. The positive were the rooms were clean, they gave us water bottles when we checked in and the breakfast was SO GOOD. So many options for their continental breakfast that was restaurant tasting. The staff were really friendly especially when we checked in. Location was amazing we had a show at SJ improv and holo holo. Both were very short walks. We would stay here again for sure. "

"I recently stayed at Executive Inn Hotel in Milpitas, California. The overall condition of the property was decent, and the check-in process stood out with friendly and efficient service. The room itself was clean, and all the basic amenities worked well—the air conditioning, water heater, and TV were all functioning properly, which made the stay comfortable at first. However, the experience took a major downturn when I discovered a few cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, this completely overshadowed the positives. Cleanliness is a top priority when staying at any hotel, and this issue made it difficult to feel comfortable for the remainder of my stay. While the staff and basic facilities were satisfactory, the pest problem needs urgent attention. I hope management addresses this issue, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience."

"The hotel is nice and stuff is friendly only I can complain is the breakfast , they serve the breakfast kind of late like example they said they will open 7 am but food serve 7:20 am, they need atleast 2 people working there not only one …"

"The room wasnt ready when we got there, even though it was a couple hours after check in time. When we got in the room, there were nasty stains on the carpet and hallway. There was also mold in the bathroom. The tv remote didnt work. The elevator didnt work for a full day. There was no hot breakfast either morning we were there. There was garbage left in the hallway for 2 days. It was one disappointment after another."
