"When you drive up to the hotel you will be aghast at the conditions of the building. Paint peeling, boards broken and a lawn mower sitting at the front door. Once in the building things look better. You can see where the renovations in the building start and stop. We were tempted not to stay but gave the facility a chance. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, and we did not partake in the juice boxes and granola bars offered. I think I would give the facility another chance once the renovations are complete. Until the renovations are complete, I would recommend the facility be closed. "

My three major criteria for room evaluation are 1) quality of bed and pillows 2) excellent TV with a good variety of channels and 3) a great shower in the morning - enough hot water, enough pressure and perfect temperature. Score! Score! and Score!
