"We had a great stay here the cottage we stayed in was perfect for our family of four and was in good condition. We did have an issue on our last night which interfered with our plans but the staff at reception were very understanding, helpful and accommodating. The location was great for day trips into Looe, St Austell and more. Definitely be coming back here. Thanks for a memorable stay."

Copthorne Hotel Plymouth

Copthorne Hotel Plymouth

8/10 Good
"The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, itโ€™s main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsburyโ€™s car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable Iโ€™ve ever stayed in"

"Very convenient location not too far from the city center and next to supermarket, coffee shops and fast food. Hotel was nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served good food too! Only complaint was that the doors can bang a little too loudly if let close by themselves."
