"The staff at Quality Inn was so nice, and very helpful. I had to stay overnight at the airport, due to lost luggage. After finally getting my luggage, I booked the 1st hotel I could find. I called and Jazz the front desk representative took my call. I explained my situation and asked for an early checkin. What I asked for was what I got. She heard the urgency in my voice and took action. My room was clean, breakfast was great, friendly conversation. I can’t thank you guys enough! Best Customer service I’ve had in a long time!! "
