We arrived alittle before check in and and was given our room right away. The front desk employee was very friendly. The heat in the room was not working and the manager came right up to the room to check. Moved us to a room with heat. Excellent customer service.

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was spacious and there was ample parking. The breakfast was also great to grab and go!

The Elms Waterfront Cottages
