Went to see a concert but had not heard of this casino resort before. That being said I was pleasantly surprised as everything was here and we didn’t have to leave. Played some slots, had dinner, loved the concert. Trip was too short and would have liked to explore more. Will come back for a weekend ...

Breakfast was good and fresh. Good selection. Restaurant hours great for late arrival. Old hotel with modern renovations. Very clean

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable bedding. Free games and coffee in the lobby. Overall great value for money.

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele

When asking about downtown Milton one male member of staff didn't know anything about it! Found it on our own, it was a lovely walk through a beautiful residential area, took us to Martin's pond and gazebo, a lot of history.Town and food authentic.
