All good except i was never picked up at the airport and had to pay extra for a taxi. It was impossible to comunicate with the front desk either by text or phone

We stay at this best western every time we travel and are always pleased with the stay experience. I would however like to suggest that if I were running things I would make the coffee making station more enjoyable. The sheets and bedding had stains and they were never replaced. We asked every day of our stay multiple times. Management was not there Saturday-Monday.

When asking about downtown Milton one male member of staff didn't know anything about it! Found it on our own, it was a lovely walk through a beautiful residential area, took us to Martin's pond and gazebo, a lot of history.Town and food authentic.
