I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. "Springs were broken on one of the beds in our room, mold and leftover hairs in the bathroom, guests above us were extremely loud, could not enjoy the pool area because there was a large group of young girls hogging the entire pool screaming at the top of their lungs and splashing an insane amount of water all over the place that got my shoes soaked, breakfast was not good, the coffee was absolutely disgusting. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing birthday weekend and it was absolutely trash. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I do not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed. "
