Definitely can tell they are under staffed. We got there at 4pm check in starts at 3pm, we couldn't get the key to our room until almost 5pm as it wasn't cleaned. Barely looked like they swapped the bedding. Pool was ice cold and very crowded. Breakfast was lacking and guests were trying to restock the items themselves until front desk guy finally came out. Parking lot is extremely small with limited spots. You can hear everyone in the rooms next to you.

Using the bathtub to shower.... All was fine; until - as I stepped out of the tub, the tub bottom is much higher than the stepping out of the tub on to the floor, underestimating the step to the floor, unaware of the distance to the floor - I lost my balance, and nearly fell down. The distance is a bit much, and was dangerous for me. thank goodness that I caught my balance, and did not fall to the floor. An un-foreseeable occurrence. This might hold true, in all of your bathrooms, but hope everyone stays safe....

For the price, it's a good place to stay. I was checked in quickly and there were families everywhere, yet the staff was patient and managed well. Your staff should get a raise.

The hotel was dirty, and noisy. You have to get up at 5:30am if you want anything to eat for breakfast. The parking lot is too small, other people are confused about how to get in and out of the parking lot.

Nice enough place to stay. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Was well hidden in the parking lot of a strip mall area, I had a hard time finding it at night as there is no sign on the back side of the building which is where you enter. Weird set up. GPS says I’m there but you couldn’t see it!

It would be a one star but the front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room wasn’t ready for an early check in like requested, ended up being able to get into the room 2 hours after check in and only because a guest canceled at the last min, sitting around in the lobby for hours waiting for the room to be ready was not fun.

Comfortable beds, price was reasonable, needs to have better hot food choices. Workable hot tub wish pool was a heated pool got pretty cold for the kids

Very convenient for visiting family. Lobby was clean as well as the dining area. Mattress too soft. Bathroom was clean but needs new shower nozzle. The triple plug caddy did not work. Just little things.

Me and My Husband had stayed here couple times and everything about this hotel is perfect!! Every staff there is friendly and welcoming. Definitely loved the hot tub!!! Although I had heard bad reviews about this place and I think it’s false news!! Thanks best western for an amazing experience!!! I would definitely come back!!

Comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit dated despite the appearance of trying to update. Shower head was terrible. And the bathroom walls around the shower surround looked like there had been some water damage that was poorly repaired.

Check in was good. Attendant was friendly. Elevator is very slow so we used the stairs. Very strong air freshener smell covers up the bad odors. It is an older facility. Our room was clean but some others in our group got a dirty room and had to change rooms. Every time we came over to the bed we hit our toes on the metal base to get a "bang". Breakfast was terrible. The biscuits and bread were dry. The potatoes looked like a gooey mess so didn't eat any. We just dropped the key on checkout.

The parking lot is a bit small and when tryckers stay they park their rigs over ten of the limited spots. The rooms are clean and the service is good. They are a great option in an otherwise expensive city.

The toilet in the room was loud the seat barely on the toilet, the pool area was packed. The ceiling in the room looked as if it was going to fall in any minute the elevator here moves so slow. The homeless man that kept roaming around the building tried to steal my daughter's phone. barely any towels then people kept knocking on my door. I just don't believe we would go back here but I guess for the cheap prices I shouldn't expected this to be too much of a good experience.

Internet was horrible. Almost 3 days no internet The AC in the room didnt hardly work so was not a good experience. Was told as soon as i checked out i would get my deposit back and nope have to wait 7-10 days. Not happy
