Room was clean, pool was out of order due to heaters being replaced but i had a cold so it probably wasn’t meant to be😂😂😂but overall my stay was very good thought they had complementary breakfast but turns out u had to buy it from the bistro but overall my stay was excellent!!

The staff were really friendly. When we checked in, the young lady was ready for us. The only thing that was a little bothersome, was the check-in desk smelled a lot like marijuana.

We liked this hotel and plan on staying again. There were a few blemishes that show the age of the hotel, however. Pro: - Five minute drive to airport. - clean rooms and lobby - Decent food options around hotel. - Parking was included and simple - Staff was minimal but very polite and knowledgeable (evening and day shifts equally) - Pool is smaller but our kids loved it (15 person capacity but anything over 8 people would be uncomfortable). The pool area is easily accessible and enough seating considering it’s small size - Linens, towels, mattresses, and full-size toiletries were nicer than what I come to expect for this price point Cons - Areas like the pool show hotel’s otherwise beautiful refurbishments aren’t fully complete. Hot tub was tiled-over (using different color tiles). Black and brown residue around pool ladders, stairs, and edge tiling. - Our room’s HVAC system seemed old. Made odd noises regardless if heat or AC ran. Our room was very hot upon arrival and it took about 8 hours to cool enough to comfortable temperature.

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your time with us. The pool area had a mechanical issue which has been corrected, and the wall coatings are in the works of being completed. I will check out the ac/heater unit. Most of the time it is just that the unit is in the room which is not normal for homes. Again thank you for staying and we hope to have you back again soon.

Dustin the GM and his team were fantastic and did a great job to provide what we needed for our stay and made us feel welcome. We will be planning to stay here again when we fly out of MKE.

Courtyard near MKE
Nice hotel! Nice staff! Great location for flying out of MKE. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, and very clean.

Room and property were clean, staff was courteous. Shuttle service was convenient. However, it was not on the website that an appt needed to be made. The wording made it sound like the shuttle goes to and from the airport 2x an hour.

I am terrible with names but the lady at the front desk and the younger shuttle driver were so amazing. Really haven’t had that great of service in a long time (Totally deserve a raise) The room was comfortable. I also felt very safe at this location being a solo traveler. No reason to ever come back but if I did I would stay here again.

Although we’ve stayed at other Courtyard Hotels and been happy, the experience at the facility near the Milwaukee airport was unimpressive. 1. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pullout created a sleepless night for our 16 year old grandson. 2. Although a restaurant and bar are advertised, neither showed any activity on our Friday night stay. When we went the restaurant at 7pm the young man said “I’ll see if we can get someone to open the kitchen for you.” The bar was also unstaffed. 3. Saturday morning we went down thinking that surely a breakfast would be available at 7 am. Not so. 4. The “suite” furniture was not at all comfortable. Chairs were small and low. In summary, I’ve not had a worse experience at a Marriott property.

I am very sorry to learn about your experience. I'm not sure about staffing if there were no guests in the restaurant. Our breakfast is open at 7am so I am confused on that one.
