Service is very good. A staff accompanied us to our rooms and explained all information in details. We had rooms facing the bay: FANTASTIC VIEW. The room is clean and comfortable. Really made us feel like stay in a room in a big garden with the beautiful gardens and sea bay scenery through the big windows. Onsen was good and relaxing.
