"Loved everything about this onsen. Quiet and beauty room, with nice private bath. Very spacious and good food. The only thing is my husband told the staff before the dinner that he had allergy to all nuts, but the chef/staff failed to recognize that chestnut and walnut are also nuts, so my husband had a bad allergy reaction and had to take medicine. Luckily he didn’t need to go to hospital, but hotel staff should be more educated with what are nuts."
