We loved this hotel! The layout of the rooms was great and they were very spacious! The. Bathrooms were beautiful and also spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was helpful and we were able to do laundry everyday. We had one issue with the air dryer in shower, we went downstairs and they had someone up in 10 minutes to fix it. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. We were able to easily use Google Translate if they didn’t speak English. The location was nice wand quiet but close up to many things. 7 eleven a few minutes away! It did take a little longer to get to other areas of Tokyo as we were not on a main subway line, but we enjoyed th quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were also really quiet- we couldn’t hear anything outside or in other rooms! No other hotel we stayed in was this quiet.

Central location, across from train station yet the noise was minimal, great for families - full kitchen, washer/dryer. Room was clean, check in was efficient, price is higher than other rooms, however, exceeded our families needs (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 child).

Frontdesk staff was Super nice. Although some people at the desk were unaware the hotel had drop off laundry options. The rooms cluld use some sort of AC unit in the room besides the small floor unit. For the amount of money spent i felt like being hot and sweaty in our room at night with no way ...
