"The place is not well labeled, so if you’re driving by yourself it’s a little difficult to find. Also, the security pad to get into the building requires you to wait before it clicks open. Would’ve been nice to know that. Parking in front is all in Japanese. "

"Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay. "

"部屋はとても良いです。 家族で滞在するのに便利な作りや設備になっています。 出来れば長期滞在してみたいです。 立地的に繁華街の中心部に近いので、逆に夜まで騒々しい場所でした。 これは便利さとのトレードオフですね。 夕方渋滞して現地に行くのも駐車場を探すのも一苦労でした。駐車場は付近に沢山ありますが、満車だったり、行くのが大変だったりでした。 総合的には満足しています。"

"This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!"

"First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. "Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parked at the basement at the hotel and was given a QR code to discount the parking to 1,000 yen (go in once) or parked at Car Park 1 at the JR station (can go in/out multiple times) at 1,000 yen (with validated ticket from hotel reception). Dinner at the restaurant was very nice and prices reasonable (20% discount for hotel guests). Enjoyed our stay."
