The staff was helpful from start to finish. The only complaint was that the mood light knob in the room was broken and have to take a day to repair. But it wasn't the only light available so just deducting one star. Got a 6000 yen credit for the restaurant from Expedia. Was a pleasant aurprise.

酒店內房間很舒適、乾淨整潔，幾百米就行到車站，旁邊還有大超市。。去銀座和迪士尼也不遠。如果要去新宿就稍為遠一點了。酒店的餐廳晚餐也好味。

We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good vs. functionality. In particular the sink counter is SO low it came to just above my knees, and the lighting over the sink was very odd/shadowy and made doing my makeup almost impossible. The location is decent but a good 8-12 min walk to the metro stations, For the price I wouldn't return.
