"The Loft Pucón was a very good experience for us. With 4 in our travel group the room at the Loft was very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the outside yard with table was extra useful. The rooms and beds themselves on the 2nd floor were layed out just so well to allow separate spaces for sleep and naps over social space of the living and kitchen. "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. "It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon.
