"I enjoyed my stay and recommend staying there. I decided to stay after taking the bus from Beijing to see the Great Wall on a tour. The next day - I could explore the wall and the small town on my own. The accommodation was nice and the family that runs the hotel/homestay was really friendly. I am a vegetarian and enjoyed generous portions of good food while I was there. I also organized a taxi back to Beijing after my two night stay with the owner. His father drove me to the train station in a really nice electric car - so 'taxi' doesn't really describe the high quality of the car and very pleasant drive. I recommend staying here. "

"The room and the Great Wall view was excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The free pick-up and drop-off to the wall was a nice touch. The spa and massage was great and the breakfast was really nice too."
