It was located very well, close to dining, fast food, shopping, & highways. Unfortunately, the night we were there, someone was tramping loudly in the hallways from about 11PM to 3 AM. We should have called the desk but did not.

Close to the airport. Have park and fly package and free airport shuttle. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to nice Mediterranean restaurant and other fast food places.

Everything was overall mostly great! The guy checking us in to our room was very informative and helpful. We picked this hotel because it was one of the few nicer ones and had a hot tub. However the hot tub Jetts didn’t work very well and the water was barley warm very disappointing.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The hot tub is nice and having a bar on site is great too!

I do think that when you are staying more than one night the customer should not have to ask to have coffee in the room restocked. I get that you can reuse bedding and towels as that makes sense.

Room was very clean, but ASK FOR A ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR! There must be no insulation between, as we stayed on the second floor and were woken up extremely early to the sound of the people above us either bowling or practicing dismounts. It was sooooo loud, and none us were able to sleep past that point, including my children.

Towels were not replaced everyday. Beds not made up everyday. They have a shortage of workers and problems hiring. They only make up the room every fourth day. This was unsatisfactory without a serious discount.

The new Hilton standard for all of its hotels is housekeeping service every 4th day of a guest stay. You can certainly get housekeeping service each day you just need to request it. This information should have been communicated with you at check-in time and it is noted in the guestrooms. I am so sorry you you were not informed of this. Overall is nice place, but we were told that if we stay 4 nights we won’t have service for the room. I just don’t understand why are other people staying in the hotel same as others but not everyone is equally served. We received no towels change neither other things. Breakfast not included, we only had it ones and more expensive than just eating breakfast at Panera or any other place. Would probably choose another hotel next time. Than serve their rooms no matter how long you stay.

You can get complimentary housekeeping service every day if you like but you just have to request it because our system is set up to prompt us for housekeeping service every 4th day and this is the same policy for all of our guests and for all Hilton properties. Our room was fine and where our room was located great. Had an issue with a plugged toilet. Ended up being handed a plunger and resolving the issue ourselves. Mentioned it in an earlier review and did get a call from a manager. Appreciated the attention and did get a food credit for our trouble. I believe Big Foot was in the room above us-we heard heavy footsteps and periodic pounding on the floor-late into the night our second night. After our plumbing issue, decided to tolerate the noise, even though it was very annoying and I didn’t want to be a chronic complainer. Paid quite a bit for our room-may make us think twice before booking a room here again. On the plus side-the Friday morning waitress was lovely-great service. Location was great, but…….
