"Spacious, clean rooms. Had to request bedding for the pull out couch and we only had 3 towels for a room that was for 6 people (though we only had 4). But very responsive to the requests. We would stay again."

"It’s a perfect location for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes ! Beautiful views. Parking can be tight. Room was very basic but worked good. Definitely needs better cleaning though- floors were covered in dirt and some hair and stuff in bathroom. Nothing to crazy but not the cleanest. Overall good budget place to stay and explore !"
