"I had a really stressful weekend and my back and knees were killing me. I rented the executive King suite at the hotel with a whirlpool bath that helped me tremendously in getting my knees and back in better shape. The room was exceedingly clean, the staff was really helpful and in general, I had an extremely restful experience. The only things I would recommend is to check the bathtub because it was not holding water, putting in handicap rails in the bathtub because it was very slippery and might be a lawsuit, waiting to happen, and I love, crisp, bacon, but the bacon that they serve is beyond crisp. That said, everything else about the food in the stay were absolutely tremendous. I would recommend this facility in a second."

"We had a 1 night stay at the Bolingbrook location. It was very nice. Clean and comfortable room. We requested a room facing away from the highway to avoid the truck traffic noise. It was very quiet. I had difficulty ordering an Uber pickup ride to the airport and Jay Patel at the front Destefano was very helpful in getting my Uber app updated. So the staff was very helpful. Very nice stay. Will be back again. Thank you."

"Convenient location although you can hear road traffic, even from the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good and rooms and public spaces clean. Unfortunately, the prior guest left the alarm in the room set for 6:11 am, that made me very unhappy as I had nowhere to be until 9am. This is something the housekeeping should be checking or add to their list. Way too early for the lazy Saturday morning I had planned!"
