"I was very shocked that the pet fee was $75. It cost more for my dog then it did the room. I have paid pet fees before but never this much. It is ridiculous. The room are nothing fancy sub par at best. "
"The management are very rude and unprofessional stuff specially the owner in Minot North Dakota. The pool slide and area is full of rust and unclean area. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "
"Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. It looked like there was some “passion” up in there. There were hand prints all over the window, all over both headboards, and what looked like butt prints on the headboards, as well. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. We didn’t want any living creatures in our room so we were hoping they were dead! There were no other rooms available as the hotel was sold out.
My kids and I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean what housekeeping blatantly missed. We also had to buy air freshener because the room smelled funky.
The sheets were clean and fresh….THANKFULLY!
The breakfast was mediocre. The hot foods were room temp at best. The French toast tasted freezer burned.
The room was overpriced for our experience!"
"It would’ve been a good stay but we were given the wrong room that only slept 2 when we needed 5. and it was so busy there was no way we could switch rooms."

"The pool was closed down and there was no discount or compensation given. They also were not that kind as a staff. It does sit in a very convenient location. "
