"Prior to my stay there was some confusion. What could have turned into a disaster instead ended up being an amazing stay! When the hotel recognized their part of the confusion they reached out and did everything they could to ensure our stay was not only pleasant but exceeded expectations. When we got to our room they left a nice card and some treats for my children! Traveling can be hard and frustrating when plans don’t work out as you had hoped (delayed flights etc) and I’m thankful this hotel was able to relieve some of that stress! The hotel was clean, in the perfect location, and had very friendly staff ! The room was large and well taken care of! We will definitely be staying here again! "
