"Haley was outstanding. In fact She was the reason we stayed! I incorrectly chose the wrong room and had no clue until i went to check-in. When asked if they had other options to for me, And someone in the back, said "no" quickly. I went outside to look for other hotels when Haley waived me back inside. She let me know that she had double checked to confirm other options and in-fact, one was left . She saved the day, got me a room. And I made to an important business conference with much less stress going into it thanks to her! "

"I chose Blue Iguana Inn due to my memories of it from when I travelled to Ojai as a kid in the 90s. For the price, it is a very large room with a kitchen area and nice bathroom. The spaciousness was especially valued since I was traveling with my dog. It would be a perfect spot for a couple planning on staying for several nights."
