"so this property charges per person not per room. i got a double room for me and my wife and my 11 year old and got 2 beds in the room since we were from a different country they tried to charge us for my 11 year old. i refused to pay and said to refund me my money and until now they have refused to refund me they are scam artists especially if you’re not from Spain. "Friendly staff, good breakfast, stylish and comfortable rooms. Good location in the town of Cambados and the swimming was great as it was quite hot during the afternoons when we stayed there."
"I did not recommend this hotel for those travelers on the Camino de Santiago as it is too far off the Camino. Further the hotel required that we fill out their registration before we can board transportation taking us to the hotel from town. The registration that they sent us would not load unless we were on Wifi and even then it was difficult. Lots of frustration and wasted time in order to stay at this hotel. We ended up taking a taxi. Because it was nowhere close to anything, you were forced to eat dinner at the hotel which was OK but not a restaurant and only one food option which also expensive €33 per person. I sent the hotel a message three weeks in advance asking about a massage time. They never responded and apparently there was no masseuse or at least she wasn't working when I was there. All in all, the only hotel on a three week trip that I do not recommend. "
"Adequate room but deep in interior of building, and very warm. No air conditioner. I asked for a fan. Nope. I asked to change rooms to the front to maybe catch some cooler air. Nope. Decent enough manager - he comped me a beer one night at the bar downstairs - but customer service went only so far.
