"Check in was not good! When I got to my room the bed was queen beds and I booked a king. The office staff said they was fully booked and he couldn’t do anything about it even after I called and told them I would be there after check in and was told it was no problem.after 45 minutes we was told that they could move us the next day which they did and upgraded us! Problem was handled the next day and after that we had no complaints. The shower is amazing and the bed is clean and comfortable no smells at all from the carpet was a plus!"

"Really liked the cook to order breakfast. The room was ok. Somehow I received an “ accessible “ room. This could not be corrected to a normal room due to hotel being booked. But it was livable. Area is quite expensive when it comes to dining out, but was expected seeing how it’s a resort area. "
