Instructions for parking were confusing and the garage is a maze and not easy to navigate. Beautiful resort though with sweet town center with lost of things to do esp for kids. Stunning sunsets. The AC went out and took nearly an entire to get someone out to fix it.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
OK check in was the worst. The room code wasn't gotten for 45 minutes at the front desk. The phone number was if we had maintenance issues or wanted to rent again..we hadn't even checked in yet. The front desk wasn't familiar with the renter at all. When we finally got it after getting lost at 8 at night now my wife's birthday "surprise" was more like a nightmare. We get in the room at 930 at night..we had gotten to the San Destin resort front gate at 630... Next the toilet sounded like it had strange hiccups every time it was flushed which woke the dead up. The view was a pretty but view blocking giant pine tree and of other patios and a 3 inch view of ocean in the far left corner and that was not the beach but water. but not much past that of the beach. The location itself was good, did all the touristy spending money things around the area..never did get to go to the beach or the pools or spa anything like that. In all ...the room was OK. Disappointed no stove but understood. Think next time we will just rent a hotel room that has an actual kitchen near the beach. It wasn't a terrible 2 days but rather aggravating checkin and frustrating at times enough to not ruin the trip but diffinately won't do it again.
